Type in your congratulatory message to your 5th grader in the box provided (300 character limit including spaces). Please be sure to fill in the student name box. Regular characters only as we cannot publish emoji’s. Note that all students’ names will appear at the beginning of the message, so including the name in the Message is optional. Please proofread your entry before submitting as we are not responsible for typos.
Ordering begins Tuesday, February 7th, and the deadline to place a 5th Grade Yearbook Dedication Ad is Friday, February 17th at midnight. Due to processing and assembly times for the yearbook, this deadline cannot be extended and no exceptions will be made.

- Dedication ads are for 5th grade students only. Dedications purchased for non-5th grade students will not be printed and the $10 purchase price will not be refunded.
